Mr. Ordjanovski has begun his career as a Attorney at Law in his own law office, after which he spent several years as part of the legal team in the Corporate Governance Department, and then in the Risk Management Department of Ohridska Banka AD Societe Generale Group.
After this, he worked as a Coordinator of the Legal and Human Resources Department at Makedonijaturist AD Skopje, the largest hotel company in the state.
Attorney at law Rade Ordjanovski is most specialized in bankruptcy proceedings and the collection of overdue claims, with extensive experience in a wide range of methods of realization: collection of problematic overdue debts, out-of-court contractual collection, notary and court payment orders, collection through cessions, assignments, debt acquisitions and sales of receivables together with securities, collection in executive proceedings, realization of bills of exchange, pledges and mortgages.
He also has significant experience in the field of Business Law and Corporate Governance, with extensive knowledge of all aspects of company operations, with a special emphasis on large joint-stock companies.
